1. Definitions

• “User”: Anyone accessing the Platform (Clients or Service Providers).

• “Services”: All offerings listed on the Platform (e.g., repairs, consultations).

2. Account Registration

• Users must provide accurate information.

• You are responsible for account security and all activities under your account.

3. Service Bookings

• Clients agree to pay the quoted fees unless canceled per our Cancellation Policy.

• Service Providers must fulfill commitments as described in their listings.

4. Payments & Fees

• Platform fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless service is undelivered.

• Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (UPI, PayPal, etc.).

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Clients may cancel via the Platform within [72] hours for a full/partial refund.

• Service Providers may cancel only under exceptional circumstances (penalties apply).

6. User Conduct

Prohibited actions include:

• Fraudulent transactions or fake reviews.

• Discrimination, harassment, or illegal activities.

• Circumventing Platform fees (direct deals).

7. Dispute Resolution

• Report issues within [24 hours] via support@serviceindia.company.

• ServiceIndia.Company may mediate but isn’t liable for third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for:

  • Service quality (Provider’s responsibility).

  • Damages due to misuse or delays.

9. Intellectual Property

• All Platform content (logos, text) is owned by ServiceIndia.Company.

10. Termination

• We may suspend accounts violating these Terms without notice.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction in [Kolkata, West Bengal].

12. Changes to Terms

• Updated Terms will be posted here. Continued use implies acceptance.
