Refund Policy

At Service India Company, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with the services they receive. We understand that there may be occasions when you need to cancel a service or request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation by Customer:

  • Advance Cancellations: If you need to cancel a service, you may do so without any penalty if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. A full refund will be issued for such cancellations.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will incur a cancellation fee of 1.5% of the total service cost. The remaining balance will be refunded to you.
  • Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the day of the service, within 24 hours of the scheduled time, may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the nature of the service and the discretion of the service provider.

• Cancellation by Service India Company:

  • In the event that Service India Company or the assigned service provider cancels your service due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible. A full refund will be issued, or you may choose to reschedule the service at no additional cost.

2. Refund Policy

• Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are only available for services that have been cancelled within the terms specified above.
  • If you are not satisfied with the quality of the service provided, you may contact us within 3 days of service completion to request a refund. We will investigate the issue and may offer a partial or full refund based on the circumstances.

• Non-Refundable Services:

  • Certain services may be non-refundable, particularly those involving the purchase of materials or other costs that have already been incurred by the service provider. These services will be clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of booking.

• Refund Process:

  • Once your refund request has been approved, we will process the refund within [7-10] business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

3. Disputes and Resolutions

• Service Disputes:

  • If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us immediately. We will work with you and the service provider to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may be eligible for a refund or a reservice.
